Asanoka

Developed at the Kagoshima prefectural research centre. It is a cross between Yabukita and the Chinese variety Ka-Cp1, and was registered in 1996. Rich in umami, Asanoka also has a very special fruity fragrance. Time of harvest: mid-season.
