This Kuki-cha was made with stems obtained while sorting our two Murakami senchas, which are made with the Yabukita and Fukumidori cultivars. It has a high proportion of leaves. The fragrance of the infusion is very green, evoking raw vegetables.
In the mouth, this kuki-cha remains light and has no astringency. It has vegetal aromas with subtle floral nuances.
It is in the persistent, fresh, pleasant aftertaste that we find the sweet aromas typical of the stems.
This is straightforward and light kuki-cha.
