I feel fortunate to be able to sample this post-fermented Japanese tea. I boiled it for a few minutes, rather than follow the suggested 60-second steep. The first infusion had a rather cloudy look, which wasn't very pleasing aesthetically, but the taste made up for that. Subsequent infusions were less cloudy. Oddly, the aroma initially reminded me of yerba mate from South America. It is well worth trying. I am convinced it is a healthy drink, and I am thoroughly enjoying it.
