I'm loving this tea right now (June 1st). It's so fragrant. When my timer beeps and i head over to pour I can smell the fragrance from about 5 ft away. Afterward though the cold wet leaves smell completely clean, nothing but a slight scent from roasting. There is no roasting taste in the first infusion. Just floral and light with grapefruit aroma (zero astringency ). The second infusion is as good as many other teas on their first infusion. The roast is evident and overall the taste does become simplified (instead of stronger like many do on the second infusion). Second cup tastes like perfect clean green tea with about 5 percent fresh coconut water added. It's impressive. Price might be a bit high but worth it if the fragrance lasts a few months.
